• Conducting detailed quantity takeoffs from project drawings and specifications.
• Accurately preparing Bills of Quantities for construction projects.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment between BOQ and project requirements.

• Analyzing project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
• Researching and updating cost databases to ensure accurate and uptodate pricing.
• Providing input on costrelated aspects during project planning and development.

• Maintaining organized and detailed documentation of all quantity surveying and BOQrelated activities.
• Ensuring that all calculations and assumptions are clearly documented and easily accessible.

• Working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for BOQ preparation.
• Participating in project meetings to provide expertise on costrelated matters.

• Conducting reviews and quality checks on prepared BOQs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies in the BOQ.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BOQ Preparation Expert in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation principles.
• Proficient in using BOQ preparation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
