Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  Manage the sales team, including setting sales targets, providing coaching and mentoring, and conducting performance reviews Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  Lead the sales team in pursuing and closing new business opportunities Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline to senior management
  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments

Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B sales environment
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
