    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform, with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions to meet business requirements. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment, leveraging the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as needed.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
    • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and plugins to meet business needs.
    • Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems using web services, APIs, and middleware platforms.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
    • Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and scalability of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
    • Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related technologies, and recommend best practices and solutions to enhance system capabilities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and quality assurance testers to deliver high-quality solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, and development.
    • Proficiency in building end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    • Strong technical skills in .NET framework, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
    • Experience with customizations and extensions within Dynamics 365 CE, including entity model customization, form scripting, workflow automation, and plugin development.
    • Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, or SSIS.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform are a plus.
