Education:
Chartered Accountact / ICWA/ Company Secretary / MBA Finance or equilent degree
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of working experience in SAP FICO & PS (product-costing experience not required).
Good Understanding of planning processes in controlling area like cost centre planning, Internal order planning, Budegeting and forecasting
Good understanding of project systems and its integration to FI module. Project planning and project cost structures
Hands on experience on S/4 HANA is an added advantage
Good exposure in designing & delivering WRICEF.
Good understanding on interface architecture using middleware systems.
Atleast 1 implementation experience.
Good Understanding of service delivery process/enhancement process.
Good Understanding of service operation process
Good Understanding of Finance related Business Processes.
Strong ability to think abstract & be able to keep holistic view over several tasks
Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in technical / nontechnical language; superb research skills, proven leadership skills, cultural awareness to support international teams and ability to keep up with technologies and networking trends.
