• Recruitment:
• Training Program Development:
• Design comprehensive training programs tailored to the telecom sector, covering network architecture, protocols, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure training programs align with industry standards, emerging technologies, and Elxer's business objectives in the telecom sector.
• Training Delivery:
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to educate employees on telecomspecific network concepts, including wireless networks, fiber optics, IP networking, and telecommunications protocols.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations, group discussions, and handson labs, to facilitate effective learning and skill development.
• Provide individualized coaching and support to address trainees' learning needs and reinforce key telecom network concepts.
• Technical Support Readiness:
• Prepare employees for technical support roles by equipping them with troubleshooting skills, customer interaction best practices, and incident management procedures relevant to telecom network environments.
• Conduct practical exercises and simulations to simulate technical support scenarios and assess trainees' readiness to handle networkrelated issues effectively.
• Performance Evaluation:
• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical exams to measure trainees' progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews to trainees to support their professional development in the telecom sector.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on advancements in telecom network technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical training and development.
• Solicit feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback, iterate on training materials, and implement improvements to the training curriculum and delivery methods.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in technical training and development, with expertise in network engineering and technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
• Experience in network design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Prior experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
