JOB DESCRIPTION AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Consultant, App Support:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Develop and maintain professional relationship with all stakeholders within IT and Business teams and provide support.
Monitor and attend all alerts and escalate production issues as needed to relevant teams and management.
Coordinate with various teams including offshore support staff and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
Domain knowledge of Asset Management, Trade lifecycle and Reference data (Price and security)
Excellent Knowledge of Eagle product suites ( Eagle PACE, STAR, MC, IWS, ML, PDC, RDC, Automation Center)
Extensive Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Extensive Knowledge of Unix/Linux Commands and scripting
Knowledge of Perl Scripting
Knowledge of IBM DataStage (ETL Tool)
Individuals who embrace AGILE principles and practice
