Responsibilities:
Resolving customer issues to ensure the utmost satisfaction
Providing information and assistance in a professional manner
Collaborating with team members to achieve customer service goals
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Minimum 8 months of experience in a BPO setting
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
