Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks based on urgency and operational requirements, minimizing downtime and disruptions to guest services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety training and promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance department.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to coordinate maintenance activities and address guest requests or concerns promptly.
  • Source and manage external vendors and contractors when necessary, ensuring quality workmanship and costeffectiveness.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including monitoring expenses, evaluating vendor contracts, and recommending costsaving measures.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or trade qualifications are preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1 years) in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, guests, and external contacts.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
