Account Executive with SAP KnowledgeOverview
The Account Executive with SAP knowledge is responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction by leveraging expertise in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) software.
Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and customize SAP solutions to address their specific needs.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote SAP solutions and services to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to capitalize on business prospects.
Solution Implementation and Support:
- Work with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
- Implement SAP solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption by clients.
- Troubleshoot any issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize SAP software to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare and present reports to clients, offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of SAP solution implementations for clients.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project delivery within established timelines.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Create and maintain records related to client accounts and projects.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in working with SAP software and understanding of its modules such as Finance, Sales, and Distribution.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Proficient in delivering persuasive presentations and negotiations.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex data using SAP tools and derive meaningful insights.
- Proven problemsolving skills to address business challenges and client requirements.
Organizational and Time Management Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven project management capabilities to ensure successful solution implementations.
Adaptability and Team Collaboration:
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proactive approach to teamwork and collaborative problemsolving.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
