Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Presales Trainee to join our team in Gurgaon for night shift operations.

As a Presales Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the presales team in various tasks aimed at generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the presales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Learn and understand the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Support the presales team in managing and updating the CRM system with accurate and uptodate information.
  • Work closely with senior presales professionals to learn best practices and strategies for effective presales activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests for information.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

  • Night shift
