- Managing Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Inform customers About the company's services offering regarding financial market.
- Complete The documentation Process of The Customers related to financial market.
- Taking timely follow up of customer and recording the data.
- Providing support/service to customers.
- Identify Customer's Needs And Convince The Customer
- Patiently listening and solving the customer queries.
- Being Punctual.
- **- 12th pass or any graduate
- Fresher and experienced both can apply.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Have basic Knowledge Regarding Financial Market, Mutual fund etc.
- Customer Convincing Skills.
- Problem Solving Approach.
