Scope of work:


  • Introduction of Coworking concept to walk in professionals
Actively listen to resolve complaints

  • Giving a tour of the premises to such professionals Inform clients of our services
Promote all business centre amenities,conviniences and programs offered

produce regular reports

Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience

Examine daily duties,assign tasks and check on

progress

Analyze customer feedback from member guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve

service

Requirements:


  • Professional experience in customer service,
hospitality or retail (not mandatory though)

  • Strong written &verbal communication and people skills (must have)
Active listening skills

  • Wellrounded and able to talk about a wide range of topics with ease
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail with the
to multitask
