Roles and Responsibilities:

Engaging corporates and building relations with them to drive the recruiters to hire through Skill Academy.
Design & Build SOPs and Processes for various initiatives to build a recruiters pool.
Work across functions (Product, Operations, Marketing etc.) to align on the project charter.
Ensuring screening of profiles to be shared with potential recruiters.
Sourcing opportunities for learners suitable to their profile and course exit roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Min 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment or Corporate Relations or Training and Placement.
Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills.
A passion to impact Online Learning and thus shapeup Education in India
Hustle and get things done attitude.
