Description
He/ she will be tasked with managing sales pipeline, handling inbound calling, prospecting, outreaching, and generating leads for the Dehradun market (i.e., cold calling/ outreach, social media, etc.)

  • Assisting the client to visit and showing the available options
  • Sending proposals to client with necessary workspace details
  • Finalising the deal and contractual agreement/ paperwork
  • Completing onboarding formalities
  • Building sales strategies, templates, and automating sales procedure
  • Managing client relationships

Requirements:


  • 35 years of relevant sales experience and customer facing role, ideally in Real Estate or Coworking (e.g. coworking, leasing, real estate brokerage, etc.)
  • Business development experience
  • Should have good communication skills (written and speaking)
  • Should have good proficiency to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Cloud Platforms for data management
  • Should be able to present our services to SMEs and corporates, and be good at building relationships
  • Should be selfdriven, selfmotivated and initiative, and must demonstrate the ability to create new sales ideas, bring new leads, handle inbound calling, and do outbound calling to pitch clients
  • Must be open to extended working hours in case the business demands
  • Should be good in negotiations
  • Should have the ability to work collaboratively with the team

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
