- **At least 2 year experience in a customer service role; experience in a technical support role preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding attendance related matters in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues & Provide support to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient solutions
- Coordination with the engineers.
- Preparing SOPS & reviewing it.
- ** 2 Lakhs
- 4 Lakhs
Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
Shift:
- Fixed shift
