Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding attendance related matters in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues & Provide support to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient solutions
  • Coordination with the engineers.
  • Preparing SOPS & reviewing it.
**Salary Structure:
- ** 2 Lakhs

  • 4 Lakhs

Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year

  • Fixed shift

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
