Production Shift Executive

Location - Pondicherry

Main Job Purpose:

Production Planning for category to ensure timely availability of stocks at right time, at right location, in

right quantity and at right cost.

Key Accountabilities:
(Please describe the responsibilities and end results that would be expected.)

The job includes these following responsibilities

Prepare weekly production plan for all products of category. Maintain balance between service,

cost and inventory.

Draw master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet service

targets according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

Create long term capacity utilization chart for triggering future capabilities and capacities.
Check service levels across depotpack combination and trigger actions to meet customer

demand.

Ensure RM/PM availability as per production plans
Network management for launches / relaunches
Follow SOP and timelines for landing the network ontime
OTIF
Single POC for all the promotions / new pack from SC
Interact between multiple stakeholders (R&D, Brand, Procurement, Factory )
Maintain Hygiene of parameters to ensure the pristine production and distribution of packs

Well versed with Supply Chain principles

MS-Excel champion
