    Responsibilities:


    Analysing high level features and breaking them down into smaller deliverables, working with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are captured and regulatory, Scheme and operational standards are met.

    Planning and initiating, ensuring a clear product development plan that aligns with any external and internal milestones.

    Developing a solid understanding of the value of the product item(s) and share this with the engineering squad by drafting user stories, with detailed acceptance criteria.

    Driving the delivery of the product and technical roadmap for your engineering squad, ensuring requirements are clearly articulated and communicated to your engineering stakeholders.

    Launching products, ensuring all implications on teams across the Modulr business are understood and actively managed ahead of go-live.
    Responsible for the day-to-day prioritisation with the squad, including bug triage and backlog grooming.
    Engaging in scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, and sprint reviews) and building a rapport with the engineering squad, as their primary contact
    Responsible for regularly sharing updates on progress, ensuring any issues are identified quickly and pro-actively managed.
    Creating and maintaining internal documentation and functional product collateral for use by internal stakeholders.

    Actively monitoring the performance and scalability of your products against KPIs, ensuring issues are triaged and resolved in a timely manner.

    Identifying and mitigating technical and operational risks that may impact the successful delivery and execution of the Product.

    Must Have
    Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager / Business Analyst
    Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile/ Scrum
    Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, including ownership of a product launch.

    Experienced in working with engineering / development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including a familiarity of software development practices, tools and technologies.

    Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    Outstanding communication skills, able to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
    Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in product management and technology.
    Experience or interest in the UK, EU and US account to account and card payments network
