**Designation: Admin Executive

  • Sr. Officer HR & Admin
  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments of Key Managers and Senior Staff
  • Vendor Management
  • Fleet Management
  • Getting Quotation from vendors, comparison and getting necessary approval for any office procurement.
  • Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency,
- and other driving practices.

  • Communicating the drivers about the Task assigned by the other department.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Ensure Staff Accommodation is properly maintained, and regular check are being made.
  • To ensure that the repair and maintenance work of Staff accommodations are well addressed.
  • Company Mess facility Management in accordance with Cook
  • Ensure Corporate SIM is being allotted to the staff and its billing is done on time.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Participate and provide full support in company events and functions.
  • Managing videoconferencing, fax communications and office equipment
  • Reviewing incoming documents
  • Any other administrative work.
  • Required
  • Knowledge of human resources administrative practices.
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written.
  • Considerable interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Must possess excellent telephone etiquette, customer service, organizational and communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Specifications
  • Bachelor's or a relevant field of study
  • Relevant certifications or diplomas
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as Office Admin Executive
  • Gulf experience will be added advantage.

Salary:
₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
