Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Conducting Lectures and Workshops:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and workshops to students on animation and multimedia topics using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Animate CC.

Course Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and update the course content to meet industry standards and ensure relevance in the ever-evolving animation industry.

Practical Training:
Provide hands-on training and guidance to students during lab sessions and practical exercises, encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

Student Assessment:
Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, projects, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Industry Insights:

Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in animation and multimedia, sharing industry insights with students to enhance their skillsets.

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom while fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students.

Counseling and Mentoring:
Offer career guidance and mentorship to students, helping them identify their strengths and interests within the animation domain.

Participation in Events:
Engage in workshops, seminars, and events conducted by Arena Animation Malad, contributing to the institution's growth and reputation.

Requirements:

Education:
A degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience and expertise in softwares are equally valued.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teaching Faculty or similar role in the animation or multimedia industry.

Software Proficiency:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Animate CC. Knowledge of other animation-related software is an advantage.

Passion for Teaching:
Strong passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with aspiring animators. Patience and adaptability in explaining complex concepts to students with varying levels of understanding.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to students and fellow team members.

Creativity:
Demonstrated creative abilities and a keen eye for detail. A portfolio showcasing personal or professional animation projects is a plus.

Team Player:
Capable of working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the overall team dynamic.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 30,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
