    •Administer and monitor SAP systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactive issue resolution.
    •Install, configure, and upgrade SAP software components, patches, and enhancements.
    •Perform system copies, refreshes, and migrations to maintain system landscapes.
    •Collaborate with the functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems.
    •Implement security measures and maintain user roles and authorizations.
    •Conduct regular system performance tuning and optimization to enhance system responsiveness.
    •Manage SAP transports and coordinate release schedules.
    •Conduct system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
    •Monitor system logs and address any potential security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access.
    •Stay up-to-date with SAP Basis advancements and recommend best practices for system improvements.
    •Participate in SAP projects and provide technical expertise during implementations and upgrades.
    •Interact with SAP support for issue resolution and support ticket handling
