Designation - Production Supervisor for Pressure Vessel Division

Experience - 8+ yrs

Location - Yamunanagar

Qualification - ITI/Diploma Mechanical

Responsible for fabrication of Pressure Vessel, & Filter Element, Silencer, Filter, Separators & machine Shop.
Utilization of all the available resource such as manpower, machineries, material & place. Meet the customer requirement for deliveries & Quality product.
Daily report of production and work progress report.
Day to day activities of planning, execution, supervision of production.
Making of work schedule and implementation as per plan.
Making of duty roster of subordinate and coordinate with management and staff.
Responsible for arrangement of material for production.
PDCA cycle process implementation.(i.e. Plan Do Check Act)
Generation of completion report as per drawing and reconciliation.
Making analysis report for materials, time, work force, costing.
Adherence with projected time line of work complete.
Responsible for each activities of job starting to finishing up to dispatch
Follows the Process of production & safeties standards and use of PPE as per ISO 9001:200
Motivation and grooming of staff for smooth operation of work and company vision
Strategic planning for completion of job without any obstruction
Recording of error and near miss and their CAPA corrective and preventive action
