As a Pre-Sales Real Estate Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting potential clients in the early stages of the real estate sales process.

Your expertise in real estate, market trends, and property knowledge will play a vital role in attracting and engaging prospective buyers or investors.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with essential information and insights to enhance their effectiveness in closing deals.


Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Use your knowledge of the real estate market to target individuals or organizations likely to have an interest in purchasing or investing in properties.


Qualification:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. Assess their suitability as potential buyers or investors based on their requirements, budgets, and timelines. Filter out unqualified leads and prioritize those with a higher likelihood of conversion.

Consultation and Relationship Building:

Conduct preliminary consultations with potential clients to provide them with information on available properties, market trends, financing options, and investment potential.

Build rapport and establish a trusted advisor relationship to help nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Property Presentations:
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, virtual tours, or property showcases to potential clients. Highlight the unique features, benefits, and value propositions of the properties to generate interest and excitement.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with comprehensive lead profiles, detailed client insights, and any other pertinent information necessary for effective follow-ups and deal closures.

Maintain open communication to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of leads from pre-sales to sales.

Market Research:
Stay updated with current market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Conduct research on comparable properties, pricing, and market dynamics to advise potential clients effectively.

Documentation and Administration:

Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to pre-sales activities, such as lead tracking, client profiles, property listings, and any other relevant paperwork.


Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
