1.

Collaborate with CEO to define strategic priorities, develop action plans, and execute initiatives aimed at driving business growth and operational excellence.


  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track operational performance and measure progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various aspects of the organization's operations.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and visualization tools to support decision-making.
  • Provide support in the development and execution of strategic projects, including market research and analysis.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders of the organization through reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to strategy, operations, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 59 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities with a demonstrated track record of driving results through datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering value to the organization.

Pay:
₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
