Position Summary


The CRM CoE team has global oversight and responsibility for the integrated technology stack that underpins the sales and marketing departments and that ultimately ensure leads and contacts get to the right person, at the right time with the most information.

The operations team works closely with marketing and sales leadership to create the best possible efficiency gains using state of the art technology and business modeling.

As a key member of the broader global marketing team, you will interact with all marketing functions including lead generation, content development, digital marketing, Business Areas product marketing, and corporate communications.

In addition this role is expected to work in close collaboration with Salesforce and analytics teams to ensure that the CRM CoE deliver on prioritized marketing automation efforts across of HID.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our Marketo instance is bestinclass to support global business requirements.
  • Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and administer Marketo as well as configuring Salesforce and other 3rd party tools platforms.
  • Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiency with automation.
  • Stay on top of marketing automation developments, industry trends, and best practices particularly concerning demand generation and optimized performance, and collaborate with Sr Manager, Global Marketing Automation on Marketo strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Create functional programs & campaigns templates at the direction of internal clients within marketing automation and meet key deliverable timelines as well as creating and optimizing automated campaigns, landing pages, forms, etc. in Marketo.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize lead scoring models in Marketo.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and participate in crossfunctional data hygiene/governance initiatives and maintain data quality for the global marketing database.
  • Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.
  • Collaborate with the Business Areas Marcom teams to optimize performance.
  • Help build network of Marketo user champions by disseminating knowledge of platform. Play key liaison responsibilities, effectively coordinating and communicating between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Participate in discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover Marketing Automation requirements.
  • Build relationships across Salesforce teams to establish Marketo solution enhancements and related training activities.
  • Play key role in design of Salesforce and Marketo with a keen eye on data integrity.

  • Data management and database management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong math and analytical skills required.
  • Data visualization experience required.
  • Must possess excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience with video conference software required.
  • Proficient in reading and creating process flow charts and diagrams.
  • Strong teamwork orientation works well with crossfunctional departments and ability to build and maintain strong relationships; willingness to help larger teams meet goals and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualities:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field or relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrator in Marketo.
  • Adobe Certified Expert
  • Marketo Engage Business Pract
