3+ years

Responsibilities:

Planning an innovative UX and executing the required UI design process to deliver on time.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Participate in Agile development process including Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices.
Use design patterns and objectoriented software design principles to create intuitive and scalable UI/UX solutions.

Support for Digital Marketing by creating creative assets like explainer videos, posters, How-to videos, Websites, etc

Execute & support the Website design & maintenance for the Product marketing.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating proficiency in creating usercentred designs.
Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate tools, and their plugins.
Experience in handling both Raster and Vector graphics, Video and audio content.
Creativity and a strong eye for visual design and aesthetics.
Experience with Agile development processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Salary:

₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
