We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist with a well-rounded knowledge of the Kitchen & Wardrobe Industry with leadership qualities to work with a team of fun-loving and dedicated individuals and join us on an innovative journey that we call IMobler.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Operations Lead at IMobler, your responsibilities will range from client front end, detailed understanding, and validation to design projects, development, and coordination from concept to installation stages.
You will have to work closely with the Design Team, Marketing Team, Installation Partners, and Suppliers in order to deliver to customers the best Product Experience.
You need to have command of different design software like KDmax, Google Sketch-Up, 3Ds Max, and VRay for leading the Designing Team from the front to deliver Photorealistic quality designs to the clients.
We require you to bring in your knowledge and experience in kitchen and wardrobe design and aid us in strategizing to take the company forward.
You will need to be wellversed in the industry parlance and have a wellrounded knowledge of Kitchen and Wardrobe modules, raw materials, and hardware.
You will be managing and developing projects from concept stages to final installation.
Ensure timely conversion and smooth onboarding for our customers. In short, make them love our products.
Create business opportunities by speaking with potential customers across geographies and industries.
Identify customer needs and requirements.
Maximize the revenue pipeline by optimizing the sales process.
You will be responsible for managing a Team that shall be directly reporting to you which shall be working as a unit to ensure smooth working from start to end.
Enabling this community to perform, grow and flourish is a direct indication of the effort you have builtin. Any improvements with this team will be attributed towards your achievement.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Minimum Master's/Postgraduate with expertise in Marketing and sales.
Minimum 3 years of experience into sales and relationship building with clients.
Interior Designing exposure will be an addon.
Person should be a gogetter, energetic, willing to learn and presentable
Ability to multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Energetic and motivated individual with good track record.
Exceptional communication skills.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
