Sourcing

  • Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Utilize various sources for recruitment.
  • Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
  • Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
  • Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
Selection

  • Develop effective prescreening questions to maximize process efficiency, short listing CVs against the requirements
  • Advise hiring managers on the selection approaches
  • Updating the recruitment trackers and keeping managers informed
Coordinate and Implement Graduate Recruiting Initiatives

  • Coordinate graduate recruiting initiatives.
  • Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
Administrative responsibilities

  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the recruitment database
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.

  • Be accountable for the verification of the accuracy and integrity of financial records, timelines ensuring adherence to WSP policies.
