HYT Engineering Company Pvt Ltd has an Ultra-Modern Facility of 16000 square metres for design, manufacturing and testing of machines.

A team of 500 High skilled, semi-skilled manpower and 350 staff members including qualified engineers is devoted to fulfil all customer requirements.

We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Day to day accounting of Non trade and capex invoices (like Advertisement, repairs and maintenance, fixed assets purchase invoices and other service-related invoices, etc)
  • Processing of vendor's payments
3. monitoring of vendors open advances and follow-up for invoices


  • Periodic vendors' reconciliations and follow up for closure of open line items.
  • Communication with Purchase officer for Vendor payment, Reconciliation and Advance memo
  • Provisional and prepaid expenses accounting and monthly/quarterly charge off to expenses month end closing of books
  • Employee expenses management. (Expenses bill checking, Booking and payment)
  • Material purchase bill booking and follow up with store for GRR compliance.
  • TDS deduction on payment and Bill booking
  • Prepare MIS report.

Skills Required:


  • MS Office excel and word knowledge is required
  • Knowledge of TDS and GST is required

Qualification:
B. Com/M.Com/MBA/PGDM

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
