• Financial Analysis: Conducting indepth financial analysis to assess company performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decisionmaking processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances, and providing insights to management.
• Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including GST, VAT, and income tax, and preparing tax returns as required.
• Audit Support: Supporting internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation, reconciling accounts, and addressing audit queries.
• Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Cost Control: Analyzing cost structures, identifying costsaving opportunities, and implementing measures to optimize operational expenses.
• Plant Visits: Travelling to and working across our four manufacturing plants located in Aurangabad, Pune, Hosur, Mysuru to oversee financial operations, reconcile accounts, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in financial processes and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
