• Responsible to prepare and monitor budgets
• Computation of the standard cost of sales and long term Business Plan.
• Preparation of the monthly reports as per the requirements of the Management.
• Verifying the efficiency and effectiveness of the production line and take coercive measures for better results.
• Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
• Responsible to determine and evaluate the cost impact as part of Cost Innovation Team
• Reconciliation the FG and RM inventories.
• Determination of Make or Buy Decisions and Evaluation of the Cost Benefits Proposals.
• Ensuing the controls on inventory management and timely communication of the discrepancies observed
• Stores and Fixed Asset Management
• Maintaining Cost Accounting System in ERP environment.

• To comply with the audits of cost records and preparing reports.
• To determine the standard and actual cost of sales of domestic and imported products.
• Submission of MIS reports to internal management and Head Office at Germany.
• Computation of the Machine wise Overhead Rates for standard cost run.
• To conduct the physical inventory and monitor the cycle count program.
• Monitor overall Factory KPIs and informing the management on its status on a monthly basis and highlighting the inefficiencies thereof to improve the performance.
• Computation of the Product wise RM BoM Cost and evaluation of Impact on Sales Prices.
• Verification of the Supplier part costing and responsible for fixing the Purchase Prices.
• Accountability for signing off the CHA documents before processing for payment.

• Masters in Commerce
• Chartered Accountant
• Cost Accountant ( Preferred)

• 8 to 12 years of experience as Costing & Controller in Manufacturing Industry
