Quicktouch Technologies Limited is looking Female Customer Care Executive.

Exp - 2 Yrs in calling only ( Should be very good in English )

Working Days - 6 Days

Shift Timings - 10 AM -6.30 PM ( Morning Shift )

Location - Netaji Subhash Place, D Mall Delhi


  • Handle customer complaints,
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
3. follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team

Customer Support Executive Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Computer skills.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

Salary:
₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
