Job description Responsibilities:

  • Answering all inbound/outbound calls by explaining the services/products offered by the company/group and its clients.
  • Use documents such as calling scripts, brochures, informative etc. to provide accurate details about the service's/ product's features, its fee/charges range etc. along with the benefits offered.
  • Persuade the students/guardians to purchase/subscribe the services and products by explaining to them how the available services/products meet their requirements.

Qualification:
Female, Any Graduate, with tele caller experience ( with educcational insitutes prefered).

Langage Known:
Marati, Hindi and English


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
  • Marathi (preferred)
