    Description
    Hiring Civil Engineer for RSB PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED


    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee and manage industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
    Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
    Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
    Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and technical documents.
    Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage project resources effectively.
    Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
    Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.


    Eligibility Criteria:

    Education:
    B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years in industrial construction works.

    Location:
    Must be willing to work in Sambalpur, Odisha.


    Key Skills:
    Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and safety standards.
    Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
    Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
