    Job Overview:
    We seek a passionate and knowledgeable Course Creator to develop a comprehensive online course on green building.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainable architecture, green building certifications (such as LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, or WELL), and a proven track record in instructional design.

    This role involves creating engaging, informative, and interactive course content to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to implement green building practices.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop a detailed course curriculum covering key aspects of green building, including sustainable design, construction practices, energy efficiency, and green certifications.

    Create high-quality course materials, including video lectures, presentations, quizzes, assignments, and supplemental resources.
    Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
    Design interactive and engaging learning activities to enhance the online learning experience.
    Incorporate the latest trends and technologies in green building to keep the course content up-to-date.
    Utilize multimedia tools and e-learning platforms to develop and deliver course content.
    Review and revise course materials based on feedback from learners and stakeholders.
    Provide ongoing support and mentorship to learners, addressing their queries and facilitating discussions.
    Stay informed about advancements in green building practices and continuously improve course content.



    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
    Extensive knowledge of green building standards and certifications (LEED, IGBC, WELL, etc.).
    Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning course development.
    Strong multimedia content creation skills, including video production, graphic design, and interactive media.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
    Strong organizational and project management skills.
    Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting green building practices.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:
    Professional certifications in green building (e.g., LEED AP, IGBC AP, WELL AP).
    Experience teaching or training in an online environment.
    Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in online education.
