• Cultivate relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed lead conversion targets and performance metrics.

[Requirements]:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or lead conversion is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
