About Us
Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are

trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences

and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking,

Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX,

and other specializations.

Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching

methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the

guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus,

Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

Our 20K + Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such

as Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business

Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. With a vision

to "Democratize Design Education", we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and

helping them become better problem solvers.


Responsibilities

  • Lead conceptualization, storyboarding, and design phase for video production
  • Create product explainer, promotional, and ad videos
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Deliver high-quality, on-brand videos to support a superior customer experience.
  • Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines.
  • Produce creative assets including motion graphics, layouts, and visual standards for
marketing activities across multiple channels.


  • Turning ideas into visuals across media to communicate our brand to the users.
  • Regularly collaborate with the marketing/product team for planning and execution
  • Editing videos and other visual content when required

Skill Required

  • Hustlers' attitude and a knack for Visual Storytelling
  • Good understanding of Motion Graphics, Animation Design, Storytelling Principles
3.1-3 years of experience in using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator


  • Ability to work well in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker and Team player
  • Hands on experience Photography/ Videography Techniques
  • Hands on experience with Video/Audio Editing Workflows

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
