Hi,

We are looking for a Research and Development Specialist to join our team immediately.

Work from Home

Monthly Salary:

18k to 25k Per Month + Performance Incentives

Shift Timing:

Evening + Night Shift Only
There is no day shift available for this profile

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding our services and their importance for our clients
Doing market research and finding our strategies for business development
Identifying the places to grab the clients from such as Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, Business Networking, and other strategies
Submitting bids on portals such as Freelancer, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, etc.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Maintaining short and long-term business development plans

Skills & Experience:

Excellent knowledge and experience with business generation tactics
Excellent knowledge and ability to create posts to initiate business inquiries
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook marketing and group marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to connect and interact with potential customers
Good analytical and time-management skills
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Educational Qualification required:

Undergraduate or Graduate in any field with a marketing and sales mind

Experience:

6 months of internship/job experience needed in research or business development
