EUC Backfill Role:
EUC Endpoint Specialist

  • Roles "EUC Endpoint Specialist"
Requirement for Cloud and Infrastructure roles in IT OPS

Provision EUC Endpoint Specialist with the following responsibilities:

  • 1. Conducting regular Service Review meetings with your line manager to ensure support and service is reviewed.
  • Service Level Management to customers and suppliers and report against performance.
  • Developing and managing Continual Service Improvement Plans
  • Resolve escalated service issues, to ensure mínimal impact and risk to the customer's solutions.
  • Work with the EUC Operations Manager on creating a department wide roadmap & strategy
  • Work with other IT Operations leaders to build and maintain the service catalogue
  • Contributing to the design and management of IT Infrastructure Projects
  • Attend regular change and incident review meetings and represent the EUC Team and the wider interests of the AA
  • Maintain our corporate standards including infosec policies or those that are related to EUC or the wider business.
  • 12. Create and maintain SCCM deployment packages for software distribution and updates.
  • 13. Monitor and troubleshoot Intune and SCCM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • 14. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
  • 15. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Intune and SCCM administration.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering Intune and SCCM in an enterprise environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of Intune and SCCM architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of modern device management principles, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft certifications such as

Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or

Microsoft Certified:
Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate are a plus.
