What will you do?

  • May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and nontechnical issues reported by users or systems.
  • Perform quality audit and translations.
  • Assist in Capability Development of bilinguals by conducting coaching or language training activities.
  • Research, compile and learn business, tools, and technical terminologies.
  • Use and contribute into strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.
  • Work with teams and diverse range of people.
  • Localization testing using Japanese language.
  • Prior work experience in similar roles will be preferred.

Role:


  • Create detailed BRD Spec and Functional stories for nonlife reinsurance projects.
  • Communicate effectively with native Japanese Clients.
  • Translate documents accurately and without any gaps.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and consultants.
  • Participate in meetings and do the real time translation from Japanese to English and vice versa between various parties.
  • Flexible to travel.

What experience you should have?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creating BRD Spec and Functional stories in projects (preferably insurance/reinsurance projects).
  • Native or nearnative proficiency in Japanese language.
  • N2 and above certification in Japanese language.
