Description
We are a Professional Consulting & Services Provider with regional presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and India. Due to business growth, we are looking for an Accounting & Admin Assistant to join our team. This position will be based in Mumbai (Lower Parel).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the regional finance team on daytoday routine accounting duties such as bookkeeping, record keeping and filing of documents etc.
  • Liaise with regional team on progress update and records verification
  • Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, lawyers, corporate secretarial to follow up on progress update and records verification
  • Assist in monthend closing, bookkeeping, and relevant reportings
  • Provide administrative support including HR administration, Office management and documentation support

Key Requirements:


  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant fields
  • Familiar and keen interest to learn and progress into a Accounting position
  • Systematic and organized, resourceful & good problemsolving
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and Hindi
  • Positive and keen to learn, able to work independently and with team

Work Arrangement:


  • 9am 6pm Monday to Friday in office
- some travel to local banks, offices would be required.


Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
