Full job description- Look overall facility management, office supplies and materials management
- Supervising housekeeping activities
- Vendor management
- Asset procurement, maintain asset inventories
- Manage assets maintenance schedules
- Follow new employee's joining process
- Courier & post management
- Maintaining bill files & keep record
- Collect & Reconcile Expenses Reports
- Monitor expanses costs, prepare report & budget preparation
- Taking care of employee's stationery need.
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
