• Identifying and onboarding new travel vendors
• Maintaining positive relationships with existing vendors
• Updating travel packages and destinations with accurate and relevant information
• Assisting customers with trip planning, bookings, and inquiries
• Creating compelling travel content, including package descriptions and marketing materials
• Following up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Attending travel industry events and conferences to stay uptodate on trends and developments
• Meeting with corporate clients to discuss travel needs and negotiate deals
• Contributing to the overall success of the sales and operations team
