Telesales Executive - Bengaluru, India - ART OF LIVING HUMAN RESOURCES
Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Female Representative to contribute in generating sales for our Affiliate Program division. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good relationships with the affiliatesAn effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the affiliate program division grow by bringing in affiliates and generating sales for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for the affiliate program by calling the registered affiliates and register new affiliates to the program.
- Contact potential or existing affiliates / customers to persuade them to place an order on the brand's website / app.
- Ask questions to understand affiliates requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Coordinate with relevant departments internally to successfully close an open order to the customers satisfaction.
- Answer questions about affiliate programs or products or the company.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with affiliates to encourage repeat business.
- Managing affiliates accounts by ensuring that existing affiliates remain satisfied with company products and services and promote the product over their network.
- Developing indepth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on affiliates needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume.
Affiliate Telecalling Associate Requirements:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Excel & Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cooltempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
