• 06 Months (Intern)
• Pune
• Develop, implement and manage Start up relations programs.
• Liaise between Founders and Investors.
• Develop a robust founder relations strategy and framework.
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
• Communicate investors of key internal developments within the company.
• Conduct oneonone meetings with founders.
• Managing, updating, recording the notes of founders interactions
• Convert interested investors into actual business.
• Manage after sales/investment relationship with investors, including reports on business growth.
• Scan the market and evaluate various new funds in RE space. Keep track of competitors' business models.
• Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.

• Qualification: MBA (Finance and/or Marketing). Freshers can apply.
• Understanding of financial products and markets.
• Ambitious and Good Relationship Management skills.
• Good Networking Skills.
• Aggressive in Approach and targetoriented.
• Excellent Sales Presentation and Networking Skills.
• Dynamic, Self-Motivated and Energetic person.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• 40% travel required, Presentation in multiple events.
