Job Summary:


As a Female Telesales Executive at FX Wellness & Sports Tech, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.

Engage with potential customers over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, and promote sales opportunities.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold calling and follow-up communication.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual prospects, highlighting the unique selling points of FX Wellness & Sports Tech offerings.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and courteous manner.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and opportunities in the CRM system, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a consistent track record of sales performance and revenue generation.


Qualifications:

-
Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively and build rapport with customers over the phone.

Sales Acumen: Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.

Results-Driven: Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, sharing insights, best practices, and supporting colleagues to drive collective success.

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
