Your key responsibilitiesDesign and Conduct GCP Cloud adopting and migration maturity assessmentCollaborate with client-facing teams and management to develop estimates, Point of Views (POVs), Position Papers, and contribute to pursuits, proposals, and Statement of Work (SOW).Collaborate with team to design of product and project architecture in consultation with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with cloud-native principles and best practices.
Provide Solution and Responsible for Architecting end to end GCP Solution for implementing landing zone, applications, data for various clients in GCP Cloud.
Actively participate in high level team activities such as suggesting Architecture improvements, recommending process improvements, and conducting tool evaluations.Good Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Google Cloud Platform (GCP) PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS offeringsGood Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Security.
Excellent hands-on experience in building GCP Landing Zone, GCP cloud native engineering, migrating workloads from on-premises or other clouds into GCP.Hands-on coding experience in Python with good understanding building backend and frontend appsGood understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models and leveraging them for SDLC automationParticipate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and evaluating candidates, and oversee the development and maintenance of team competence in GCP technologies.
Identify and mitigate issues and risks, facilitating escalation and resolution processes as necessary to ensure project success.Foster teamwork and lead by exampleParticipating in the organization-wide people initiativesExcellent skill in written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing, and conference level presentation skills a plus.

Capability to Implement various SRE practices like reduce toils, measure, and optimize the systems on agreed reliability.

Stakeholder management, with the ability to operate and manage expectations on a senior management/executive level.
Tailoring the change management approaches based on the industry, current maturity, and organizational set-up, and expected pace of transition.
Evaluating and improving business processes and business change management processes.
Experience in different frameworks/Architecture like Data warehouse, microservices, event driven architecture, REST API's and Reactive systems.
Experience in other cloud platforms such as OpenShift, AWS or Azure would be handy.
