Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
- Order taking and followup with MTs as per sales trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop account plans and strategies for each key account.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs for each key account.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Competitive intelligence & MIS. Execute promotion and merchandising plans as per requirement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of successful account management and sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Experience:
- 24 years of experience in similar role, with exposure to Modern Trade & FMCG products, preferably food category.
Location:
Based out of Chennai; flexible to travel as per business needs.
Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
