Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with key accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within key accounts.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Order taking and followup with MTs as per sales trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop account plans and strategies for each key account.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs for each key account.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Competitive intelligence & MIS. Execute promotion and merchandising plans as per requirement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of successful account management and sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Experience:

• 24 years of experience in similar role, with exposure to Modern Trade & FMCG products, preferably food category.

Location:
Based out of Chennai; flexible to travel as per business needs.


Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
