Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and other methods to identify potential clients.

Conduct property visits with prospective clients and provide them with detailed information about the property and its features.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies to promote properties.

Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of the property and the terms of the sale.

Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including sales reports, client information, and sales contracts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate sales.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
