We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager - Customer Success to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining long-term partnerships.


Responsibilities:


1.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all accountrelated matters.
  • Understand clients' business goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive their success.
  • Conduct regular checkins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Account Growth and Revenue Generation:


  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing client accounts, and work towards achieving revenue targets.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and expansion.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our products, and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process, including client onboarding and contract renewals.

Product Knowledge and Support:


  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any productrelated inquiries or issues they may have.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on product updates, new features, and best practices.

Client Visits and Travel:


  • Be willing to travel to client sites for inperson meetings, product demonstrations, and relationshipbuilding activities.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in product selling and a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and customer success tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
