Job Timings:2:30 pm to 8:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the instruction and support of students from Junior KG to 7th grade.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Prepare and create question papers for assessments and examinations.
• Conduct oral reading sessions to improve students' reading skills.
• Provide explanations and clarification to students when required, ensuring a thorough understanding of the concepts taught.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assist in monitoring student progress and maintain accurate records of their academic performance.
• Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the overall development and enhancement of the curriculum, materials, and teaching resources.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs as required.
• Follow school policies, guidelines, and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth functioning of the academy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is anadvantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage withstudents, parents.
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
